Please follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item(s):

  1. Carefully repack the item(s) in their original packaging. 
  2. Enclosed a copy of your Packing Slip or Order Receipt.
  3. Write us a note stating the reason for your return and if you like a replacement or a refund.

Keep your receipt, as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in transit. Shipping Costs are not refundable – Please allow about 2 weeks for refund processing. If your payment has been done via PayPal, we will issue the corresponding refund on your PayPal account. Returns will not be accepted unless previously agreed with us. Pottery and Tiles does not accept any artifact that has obvious signs of use, any artifact that is not returned in the condition in which it was received, customized items. Please note that we will refund the return shipping costs and the taxes and duties charged by the Italian customs on the return goods only if the items are wrong or damaged.
